Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by email. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We do our very best to deliver your purchases as quickly a possible. All orders will be shipped on business days ( excluding holidays ). Your package will be at latest send within five working days if the item is in stock. DYNAMIC by Roeli van Vliet offers free standard delivery worldwide. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.


You can return your item(s) within 14 days after your order was delivered to you. Please make sure that you make use of the return form which comes with your order. This way we make sure we can handle your return correctly. When we receive worn, damaged incomplete items we reserve the right to refuse products. They will be returned to your given address again.
