We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life.

Terms & Conditions

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We do our very best to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (excluding holidays). Your package will be at latest send within five working days if the item is in stock. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

All returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt.
Products may be exchanged for a different size or style within 8 days of receipt, providing they are unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
We do not refund money on special deals, sample sales and/or give-aways.
Items should be returned unused and with all designer garment tags still attached to the item. Returns that are damaged, washed, dry cleaned, marked or altered in any way will not be accepted.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the products and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them at our address. In case of any dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by DYNAMIC
Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro (€) and are include of 21% VAT. DYNAMIC offers free standard delivery in the Netherlands. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. DYNAMIC, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
